David Howell
David is a Litigation Executive with over 20 years experience representing personal injury claimants and has been working with us since 2010.
David specialises in cases involving work accidents (employers’ liability) and accidents in public places (occupiers’ liability cases).
David has previously worked for Insurance Companies and has an in depth knowledge of their policies and procedures.
He holds the Dip CII qualification and was previously an Associate Member of the Society of Claims Technicians prior to its merger with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
