Lifting Accident Claim
Lifting accident…‘I misjudged the weight of it’;
A) ‘Lifting accident was my fault.’
I suffered a back injury because of this lifting accident, but it was my fault. I completely misjudged the weight of the box on the back of the lorry. I take full responsibility for this accident and will not make a lifting accident claim for any compensation.
B) ‘Lifting accident could have been avoided.’
We should really have had a forklift truck. There is no way I should have even been asked to unload this lorry. I’m not trained in how to lift heavy boxes correctly and if I had, I would have approached it differently. This lifting accident could have been avoided and as such, I am entitled to make a lifting accident claim…
C) ‘Lifting accident claims at Claims For.’
Great to have found a team of really friendly personal injury lawyers who know their stuff. And, they all work really hard to get more compensation for their clients for lifting accident claims on a No Win No Fee basis…
Lifting accident was avoidable …
If a lifting accident is avoidable, it generally means that somebody has either not been trained in lifting, or has been asked to take the place of a forklift truck; all a little bit unreasonable. If this is the case, this was not a lifting accident; this was an accident waiting to happen and you might want to think about making a lifting accident claim.
Where next?
> Times are tough I’m going to make a lifting accident claim.
> I think I’ll read a little more about Duty of Care.
> I’m rich so I don’t need compensation.
